Coltech’s Calgary-based factory has 13,000 square feet including machine area, a Class 10,000 (ISO:7) clean room for assembly, and a warehouse. We have a wide machine capacity ranging from 100 to 220 tons.

In collaboration with a molding machine manufacturer, Colcoat, Coltech’s parent company in Japan, tackled the development of a new molding machine, capable of producing optical quality injection molded parts. Housed in a class 10,000 (ISO:7) clean room, meaning there are less than 10,000 particles per cubic meter of air, we ensure consistent molding of optical quality parts.
